I love creating characters and telling their stories. 

I started out as a storyboard artist, which was a way for me to use what I knew to learn something new. My aim was always to be a filmmaker, and soon I was directing my first few projects. Through music videos, low budget commercials and shorts, I’ve now made a couple of hundred films across the globe and been fortunate enough to work with some of the biggest brands out there. Over the years I’ve been a part of award-winning production companies like FLX, Milford Animation Studios, and Flodellfilm.

Coming from art studies in Gothenburg, television studies in Stockholm, and design studies in San Francisco, I’ve always had a passion for visual storytelling. To me, film is an escape from reality. Adventure is within reach for everyone. I believe stories and films are a mirror for people to be able to relate to their own lives. Recognition is key even in the most fantastical on-screen worlds. As a director I look for harmony in the chaos of ordinary life, a good cry or a laugh, beauty in the ugliness. A bit of everyday magic.

I’ve made commercials, music videos, corporate films, television, been a creative director at an animation studio, a scriptwriter, a music composer, a graphic designer, an agency creative, worked with insights and strategies, marketing and sales, but most of all I know how to tell a story.
